ORDERING AND DELIVERING
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? IS IT FREE?
of course, we do! but we need you to chip in for the long haul, meaning it's shipping isn't free. but it's not too much either!
our products have been proudly shipped to the US, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Asian and Latin American customers are more than welcome to reach out to check if we ship to your country, but odds are, we do.
I JUST SAW I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM , CAN I STILL CHANGE THIS?
yes, you can, but you have to be as quick as Hailey and the Biebs got engaged, meaning really quick! once your order is on its way, we can't change the order anymore but what we can do is exchange it once you receive it. so if you need an exchange, contact our support team ASAP via firstname.lastname@example.org. don't forget to mention your order number when contacting our support team and to keep your products sealed and unopened.
I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I STILL CHANGE THIS?
as long as your item isn't shipped yet, we can still change this in our back-end system. please mail us the correct address and your order number to email@example.com and we'll take care of it.
once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it's out of our hands. if that's the case you need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.
WHY IS EVERYTHING PRICED IN POUNDS? I AM NOT FROM THE UK.
although we ship worldwide, we operate from the UK, Oxfordshire to be specific. this doesn't mean you can't order if you're not from the UK. you can change the currency at the top right corner and the credit card companies / PayPal will simply use your own currency at check out.
we are proud to say that we have happy customers from all over the world, so don't worry about a thing.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
if ordering in the UK, we will aim to have your order with you in 1-3 business days, however please allow an extra 1-2 days for order processing - we are a small team and do everything ourselves, so we try and get it done as quick as we can!
I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT HAS BEEN A FEW WEEKS, WHAT CAN I DO?
send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name and amount of time you have been waiting on your package and we will get it sorted as soon as possible!

all our products are handmade in small batches in Banbury, Oxfordshire, UK.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP YOUR PRODUCTS?
generally speaking, our products last at least 9 months at room temperature after they've been opened. they'll be fine even a year after you got them. most of our products are self-preserving, meaning they are preserved using natural ingredients and clever formulation. in the case we use preservatives, we always use natural alternatives and we give more details on all functional ingredients we use here.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF PEOPLE?
all the info on our ingredients and any product related questions can be found on their individual product pages or at the back of our products. we also talk about the preservatives we use here and the packaging here.
all our products are made with superfood ingredients, all-natural vegan stuff. most of our ingredients are also certified organic. that means we really make sure we have nothing nasty in it. all our products are science-backed and are highly effective.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS VEGAN & CRUELTY-FREE?
yep! we wouldn't have it any other way. our products are never tested on animals.
I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION, CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
our entire product range is made with sensitive skin in mind. it is well tolerated by all our customers with skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea, and help relieve their symptoms. however, if you're unsure we recommend reaching out to our team or your doctor. you can also patch test the product you purchased behind your ears and leave it for 24H.

CAN FACE OILS BE APPLIED ANYWHERE ELSE?
yes, you can apply them anywhere else you'd like or even use them as a bath oil.
CAN I USE THE MAGIC ERASER TO APPLY TONERS AND CLEANSERS TO MY SKIN?
yes!!! use it however you would use a cotton pad - you just won’t have to use any other product, such as micellar water, to remove your makeup initially. we would recommend using it dry to apply any toners.
DO I BUY THE SUPER SERUM OR THE GOAT?
it totally depends on what you and your skin needs! If you find you have quite unproblematic skin, which can become dry, we would recommend the GOAT, however if your skin can become irritated and sore, with issues like eczema, psoriasis or rosacea, we would say go for the super serum!
DO YOU WORK WITH INFLUENCERS?
no we don't as our company is built on unpaid endorsements, and that means customers like you buying, trying and reviewing our products, with no monetary exchange. we realise, we might be leaving some money on the table if we're not pushing our products through big influencers, but we disagree with the whole industry and much prefer to grow organically through real reviews and results.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO JOIN THE REWARDS CLUB?
no you don't, it's all free. if you're not signed up, you should.
HOW DO I GET POINTS?
the more you spend the more points you get. you can also get points by referring friends and family.
CAN I USE MY POINTS ON ALL PRODUCTS?
